34401A经常报错604，好像也不影响用，是什么问题

这个ERROR 604还老爱出来。很烦人。
望坛友指点。
手册里的说明Self-test 604, checks that the ADC analog hardware is functioning.
ERROR 604A/D slope convergence failed
The dc section is configured to themeasure zero state (MZ) in the 10 V range. This test checks whether the ADC integrator produces nominally the same number of positive andnegative slope decisions (±10%) during a 20 ms interval.
出不？ 604 A/D slope convergence failedA / D斜率收敛失败。
需要检查，要不影响精度 坏了，你仔细对比一下精度 luojy 发表于 2013-7-3 11:21

我用标准源看了。精度没看出问题。这个错不是一直有，出现后，烧一会儿，重启，走走自检都有可能好。
