AG 34401a报错误612 618

我的AG 34401A 报了一个612 和618的错误。刚开机的时候自检就会报这个错。担等热机了10分钟左右再开机自检就PASS了。搞不太懂，不知道从哪里下手，请高手指点，网上查的手册说：

618：DC high voltage attenuator failed This test configures to the 1000V dc range. The 500 nA ohms current source is connected to produce a nominal 5 V signal. A 20 ms ADC measurement is performed and the result is checked against a limit of 5 V ± 1 V.

612 Ohms 500 nA source failed This test configures to the 10 V dc range with the internal 10 M 100:1 divider U102A connected across the input.The 500 nA ohms current source is connected to produce a nominal 5 V signal. A 20 ms ADC measurement is performed and the result is checked against a limit of 5 V ± 1 V.

是每次都这样的情况：冷机时候自检FAIL，热机时候自检PASS？

换电容吧，电解电容的概率最大

先查几路供电，再查基准输出的几路电压，另外查下K101是否有阻值！

检查一AD637第12，13脚电压是否在正负15V
